Sized for compact heat sources
The Bluebox-50 sits at the entry of the range. It takes the same Brayton architecture as the larger machines — air compressed to 4 bar, heated by flue gas, expanded through a turbogenerator — and packages it for furnaces in the 350–450 kW band.
A variant, the Bluebox-50-HCR, is also the turbine class used in the CAPTure concentrated-solar work: modular towers of 0.3–1.0 MW without steam-plant cooling.
